1. H. M. 맥코이 대령이 본 사령부로 가져온 소위 "비행접시" 표본은 FBI가 입수하여 개럿 중령에게 전달한 것으로, 소위 "비행접시" 또는 라이트 필드 AMC 본부의 어떠한 프로젝트와 관련이 있는지 확인하기 위해 검사되었습니다. 해당 표본은 분석과(T-2)와 전자 하위과(T-3)의 기술자들이 면밀히 검사했습니다. 후자 조직은 이 표본들이 "모굴" 프로젝트나 본 사령부의 다른 연구 개발 프로젝트와는 전혀 관련이 없다고 밝혔습니다.
1. The specimens of an alleged "Flying Saucer" brought to this Command by Colonel H. M. McCoy, which were obtained by the FBI and given to Lt.Col Garrett, were examined to determine their connection, if any, with the so-called "Flying Saucers", or any project at Hq AMC, Wright Field. The specimens were carefully examined by both technicians of the Analysis Division (T-2) and Electronics Sub-division (T-3). The latter organization stated that these specimens definitely had no connection whatsoever with the "Mogul" project nor with any other research and devel- opment project of this Command.

The specimens shown in the attached photograph include frag- ments of an undeterminable shape made from plaster of paris or similar ceramic and containing some electrical resistance wire for measurement or heating purposes. The condition of the ceramic indicates that the resistance wire was heated electrically at one time or another. These fragments could not be connected with any AMC project. The other articles at the top of the photograph reading from left to right are identified as follows:
