Seemed to be moving in and out of cloud (this may have been because of semi-transparent characteristics.) Must be some phenomena of light on clouds. Very weird. Movements did not seem to be result of wind. First impression - balloon, too rapid and random in movements. Too rapid and extreme in changes of shape."
