I have worked independently on the problem of aerial missiles, of which I believe this was an example, with all my data going di- rectly to officials and members of the security office of the Atomic Energy Comm., Los Alamos Atomic Project, Los Alamos, N.M., and to high members of the War Department, including Gen. Thomas T. Handy, Fourth U. S. Army Com- mander, Ft. Sam Houston, Tex., head of this U. S. Army district.
