[REDACTED] Jackson, Minn [REDACTED] Dear Mr. Hoover: I wish that if you analyze this I will send you a sample of (something looks like tinsel) because we found it in a pasture in a round pile, and center of it, it looks as tho the clover is burned. There are 3 similar patches all burned in a triangle form. Sat. Morning the neighbors wife got up for a drink of water & happened to see a white light circling their farm & didn't pay any attention to it. Then Sunday morn when they went to get the cows, they saw this stuff shining in RECORDED - 88 100-83894-310 of been dropped out of a plane AUG 19 1952 it was loose & not in a container.
