Edgar Hoover - Director, Federal Bureau of Investigation Subject: FLYING DISCS There are attached hereto for your information in connection with the captioned matter a communication written in Spanish dated March 19, 1950, at Veracruz, Veracruz, Mexico, and enclosures addressed to the "Presidente de la Comision de Investigacion Cientifica de Estados Unidos de Norte America." In view of the fact that a translation of the above referred to communication reflects the correspondents interest in flying discs, it is being furnished to your office for such appropriate attention. The files of this Bureau contain no information which can be identified with the writer of this letter. No reply has been made to the writer of this letter by this Bureau in view of the fact that it was not addressed to this Bureau. Attachment
